Chef Nikolay Borukov is one of the most famous names of the culinary scene under the hills. For him, cooking is much more than a job, it’s actually a true passion, and this is reflected in every culinary masterpiece he offers us. For years, thousands of residents of Plovdiv and visitors of the city traveled to the outskirts to enjoy the fantastic food in Fado. Today, his name is connected to several popular restaurants in Plovdiv – Salt and Pepper, Porky’s BBQ, Zlatna Krusha and the Verdi pizza chain.
