Opening a brunch restaurant in Kuchuk Paris is a pretty bold decision, but it is precisely this boldness that makes Dealicious Coffee & Food one of those places that Plovdiv residents and guests are willing to travel for, no matter where it is.
The story actually begins with a small coffee place on the way near the Military Hospital in Plovdiv, called Dea, which over time grew into the big idea of a cozy space with cuisine, character and its own signature. Thus was born Dealicious Coffee & Food – a place that combines taste, atmosphere and attitude.
Located in Yuzhen District, the restaurant was created by people who grew up in this neighborhood and are convinced that good service and quality are for everyone who is looking for something different from the mainstream. The menu is constantly updated - every week there are thematic proposals inspired by establishments outside Bulgaria, but often broken through the local culinary tradition.
Brunch is the trademark – colorful plates that can take you to all the culinary classics. We love their avocado toast, but we also don't miss the soft drinks, sandwiches and homemade bagels.
Coffee is also a true passion - since the beginning of the year, special varieties of specialty coffee have been roasted on site, coming from Brazil, Ethiopia and other destinations, which guarantee uncompromising quality. Seasonal drinks with pumpkin and cinnamon, chestnut or pecan with vanilla turn every sip into a ritual, and homemade syrups complement the feeling of attention to detail. In the late afternoon, aperitif offers are in high demand - a small luxury that makes the day more pleasant.
The team is constantly developing and is highly motivated to enrich and improve its offerings - both through visits to coffee exhibitions around the world and through the tireless search for new ideas and original interpretations.
