The idea for the colorful Lisko Burger camper came to Georgi Skrobanski, who has been an avid fan of street food for years. The name comes from his school nickname, and the whole concept of the brand is like a dream come true for him.
He started working on it in 2018 and since the beginning, he and his team have been touring a number of festivals and all kinds of events, where they offer people delicious burgers, tortillas and hot dogs. Over the years, they have been to events such as Spice music festival, Hills of rock, Arte festival, Shake that hill, and countless other musical happenings, as well as car evens for Audi, Fiat, Japanese cars festival, American muscle fest and many others.
Lisko Burger's caravan is painted to attract the eyes of children and adults, and the smiling boys preparing the food add to the excellent impression. Due to the great interest and countless satisfied customers across the country, Georgi was able to make an even bigger dream of his come true - to open a restaurant in his favorite city - Plovdiv. He strives to offer something completely different and unfamiliar to the audience under the hills.
He and his team managed to turn two sea containers into a unique and cozy place, inspired by street food culture and vintage style. Everything is made with great attention to detail and every bit of the interior is sure to impress you and make you immerse yourself in the colorful world of Lisko.
