Shake That Хълм 2018

People of Plovdiv and guests of the city will meet on the meadow at the foot of the Youth Hill for the fourth consecutive edition of Shake That Хълм. This year the organizers have mixed up a shake with very strong ingredients. This weekend, visitors will be able to engage in various activities, and the traditional Shake Market awaits them with different culinary creations and handcrafted miracles. The music lovers will enjoy various favorite musicians on the two stages of the festival.

Le'Push @CraftBar

At the end of the holiday month, the Plovdiv band Le'Push will catch some of the last summer vibes. The musicians will present their original program, as well as covers of iconic hits of various genres.

Charity photo exhibition by Atanas Georgiev

On September 1, Gallery 28 will open the new season with a charity photo exhibition by Atanas Georgiev.

The money from the sales will go to the children from Mother Teresa group home in Plovdiv.

Atanas Georgiev has done photography for 3 years. He has traveled nearly 13 US states and in the last 15 months, he’s been living in Alaska. Together with his wife Carley, they are taking part in an exhibition in Glasgow, Scotland. In the next few years, he plans to specialize and professionally engage in wildlife photography. In the autumn he will move to the United States and, before going for free, she wants to help the children from Mother Teresa group home by selling his photos.

"I decided to start this campaign because I wanted to show people that whatever you do, you can always use it for good. I chose this cause in the hope of giving the children the same opportunity that I had and which many people take for granted. This is our first charity exhibition, but not the last, and we hope others will join us in this initiative! "
