Jamaican Fever is a cocktail that speaks for itself - premium Sailor Jerry rum, raspberry puree, and fresh raspberries, Italian almond liqueur, apple juice and the freshness of freshly squeezed lemon juice. The cocktail is influenced by the Polynesian Tiki culture, which preaches pleasure and joy to every moment of life. Today, it has penetrated various aspects to represent Hawaiian and Polynesian styles in cooking, drinks, and lifestyle.
Bergamot Special is a modern twist on the classic Gimlet cocktail, popularized by British officers in the 19th century. A combination of the unique luxury gin Tanqueray 10, freshly squeezed citrus juice (grapefruit, lemon, lime), in addition to juniper, which gives it an extremely soft and fresh taste, home-made Earl Gray tea syrup and the exotic freshness of Japanese yuzu.
Smoked Pineapple Sour is a modern interpretation of the Whiskey Sour cocktail consisting of slices of smoked pineapple caramelized with crystalline sugar, combined with Scotch whiskey and freshly squeezed lemon juice, mixed with egg whites and finished with aromatic bitters.
